1. All Sides Protected
A mutual non-disclosure, non-circumvent agreement (MNDNCA) is executed with every party / client we work with to protect you and your sensitive information.
2. Buyer Submits An ‘RFQ’
Buyer submits a written Request For Quotation with the exact specifications of their Glove order.
3. Preliminary Quotation “PQ”
Buyer will receive a PQ & a format for acceptable Buyer’s LOI & Proof of Funds.
4. Formal Quotation ‘FQ’
Seller will provide a Formal Quotation to the Buyer, as per the Buyer’s LOI, confirming product specifications & details, pricing, payment, shipping schedules, etc. which Buyer must accept.
5. Purchase & Sale Agreement ‘PSA’
Seller will provide a PSA with Escrow instructions with a top tier law firm
6. Payment Terms
Buyer’s money is protected as per the PSA & Payment Terms
7. Order Fulfillment
Production of the product as per the PSA.
Pre Shipment Inspection ‘PSI’ is conducted by SGS or similar 3rd party international inspection service.
Manufacturer releases the Buyer’s order as per the PSA.
Release, Tracking & Transfer details are followed as per the PSA.
Buyer’ order is fulfilled as per the PSA & the agreed upon Payment Terms.
